Gorgeous Ang! Perfect composition, and I actually love that it's all in focus, as it shows what a beautiful setting this is. About fixing the blue cast in the shadow...think MASK! Do your hue/sat adjustment layer, and just pay attention to the blue shadow on the dress...get it right, then paint black on the mask over the rest of the image, so it doesn't change...just the shadow. I also WOULDN'T lighten that shadow, though....just take the blue cast off it. Call me...maybe I'll come over later, if you want...

On some other shots I took the blue down a lot for this wedding party, the shadows and all the men had white tuxes, but I didn't realize I could do this hue/sat blue thing with just a small spot. I didn't even think about it. I will definitely go try that before finishing these shots for the couple. Thanks so much.

Angela, this is a lovely setting for a portrait of the bridal couple. I love how you posed them too! So pretty! If I could change one thing, it would be the "blue" shadow on her dress in the bottom right corner. Here's what I would do: Highlight the area that is blue, then create an adjustment layer for hue/saturation. Move the saturation slider to the left, this will take out the blue. Then move the lighten slider to the right, bringing the area up to the same brightness as the rest of her dress. I will try to attach a sample that I did. If you have trouble with any of my directions email me and I'll try to take you through it step by step.

Nice composition and posing. I may just warm up the tones in the skin a little as they look a tad greenish. If it were mine, I would also be tempted to soften the background a little.
