hi there and welcome back!...this one is all about the light...the light on the glass and the melancholy atmosphere IMO...this could only work in B/W....the perspective/composing is very good...the view thru the window is kinda bleak to me and goes well with the inside shot...the darker side of the stairs works fine as no reason for more light or detail which would only take focus off of the glass scattered on the stairs...very good work,George...a strong shot!...regards,gayle
