Thanks Darlene - check out the photo that Don Loseke uploaded today of the same flower. Wow! I am going to upload another shot I took of the Mexican Bird of Paradise blossoms - should be a nice comparison. Think I told him that his upload left mine in the dust. LOL Jan

Jan, these are beautiful plants.. We just planted one in the yard and if the rabbits leave it alone maybe next year we will have flowers..
