Hi Todd, i saw this when you first posted it and unfortunately didn't get around to commenting :( Now i have a chance. I really like it actually although i hope you don't get to kill the TV. You see i work for TV and would be without a job if everyone took your advice *smile*

Thanks for your comment on "St Tropez". This was an old photo of mine and basically straight of the camera. I have since reposted it for the "best of 2004" project where i worked a little more on the levels in PS and was able to get a little more out of the sky etc. it's somewhere in my portfolio if you wish to take a look. Many thanks for the comment.

Best wishes from Switzerland, Neil

hello Hansi...you're right about the cloning. guess i was being lazy!
PT Lens is wonderful... in my hands, PS distort/skew/etc. is no where near as easy. PT lens corrects barrel distortion in seconds, according to the the focal length used to expose the frame. it's free too!

Graphic! Looks very very good. I'm a complete hypocrite too btw. There's a red little something at the upper edge that maybe should be cloned out? This PT-plugin, does it do things better than PS's drag-, distort- and other straightening tools? /Hansi

well i'm using mine to listen to music since rarely anything worth watching....definently a street shot ;> and seems to be some instructions left by those aliens of higher intelligence,perhaps?..LOL..nice lines and so straight! orange and blue are complementary colors,too....regards,gayle (if get a chance, check out my latest post and i will do one more similar tonight)

hmmmmm, not sure if there's a song or not. there is a graffiti artist in MPLS who goes by KYT (ie Kill Your Television)...so that's who I stole it from.

yikes Kev....i'm afraid i'm not much help with the PT Lens issue. don't know if i could go on without it though. Thilo seems to have major PS skills, maybe he can help???

i like the idea of putting a print of this on the TV...you're right, we wouldn't be missing much.

Nice! Very creative Todd! You're free to use mine, just drop by to pick it up...:) I like the well planned execution, and the whole idea you create by the title; inverted reality; usually those lines appear only after the crime has been committed. If it would be this easy....:)

Cheers,

Hugo

kill my tv?! are you nuts? what on earth would i do without it? i think your wife is right, todd. you must care for your tv. talk to it. pet it. become one with it. and the tivo too ;^)

on a serious not, how are you? haven't seen you around much lately. then again, it's probably because i've been mired in the forums lately ;^)

big up,
tom

:) Hi Thilo...not sure there is a point to get. The image and the title aren't necessarily in harmony with each other. your english is probably better than my own! have a good weekend.........

Hi Todd,

I'm not sure if I get the point... let my try: you think these are painted signs of victims on the floor? and that a TV was laying there?

if so, great idea ;-) otherwise, please help me and my bad English.

best wishes,
Thilo
