Nice shot, love the DOF which make the bird get loose from the back ground The bird is placed in the middle of the picture I think it would be nicer when it?s cropped more to the left or right but that is my idée.

Do these birds cross the border? Hi Gary, fantastic shot, it must be a close to winter plummage? The ones I saw were reddish brown in the summer, I know they turn white in winter. Beautiful close-up, perfectly sharp and great DOF. Really like this one!
