So stunning, soft and gentle colours and textures, but not losing definition, excellent DOF - I really love this Ilike the idea of a crop too

I'm glad the idea about cropping worked out. Love this shot.

Jim, thanks for your thoughtful critique. I've altered the crop, a little off the bottom and left and it to be a much better composition.

Yes, very nice indeed. Have you tried converting this to B&W adding a red filter? Little miss busy body did! Agree with Jim that small inch crop at the bottom could give better balance.

Rob - Great macro image. This must have been a calm day (no wind). Best of luck.

Very delicate shot of these small flowers and the shallow DOF only helps to emphasize that. The softness and mild colors really helps with the delicate atmosphere as well, nicely captured.

Rob, amazing colors and great DOF, very well managed tones, but I agree with Jim, you should drop small part of the image off (in the bottom left) for the sake of better balanced composition. Regards, n.j

Excellent use of shallow depth of field. Unlike your last image submission I think this isn't as strong compositionally. If you're open to it I think you could experiment with cropping your image to find a stronger presentation. Regardless of the constructive critisism I think this is quite strong and the subtle color of the pink anthers are great.
