Hi Adrienne, thanks for the comment.
I ran the image through HDR software to get this effect. I don't think that it's overly saturated though as I intended to make it noticeably post processed to create a "comic book" type effect. As you say also the building was a bit of an odd colour to begin with ( rare to see an orange skyscraper in tokyo)

the vignetting was a by product from the hdr rendering, doesnt show in the original nef.
