This is very well captured, david1 the quality of the RED is great! Not an easy thing to obtain!And the elegant twirling of the petals is very seducing!

I used an off camera flash (nikon SB800) for this shot. I also have about 5 pieces of white foam core board ($1 each at Michael's) to help reflect light in all such ways. I dont think I used any for this shot, but you may want to think about using some for shots like your strawberries to brighten up every angle. Check out my pepper shot. My base is foam core and I used two additional sheets; one from the left and one from behind to reflect light. Try it, it is fun!
