I love the expressiveness of this photo. the black and white is perfect for the subject. The clear point of the nose and less focus on the shaggy coat really bring this togther. I love it.

My first grandchild... rather unexpected really!
My youngest son (of my 3 children, all sons), is the father. Yes Mother and babe doing fine as far as I know...
Sadly this was the last time I held my precious granddaughter in my arms. She was 25 hours old. She is now over 2 weeks old. Hopefully Life will turn around and I might be "allowed" to see her more often.
