I think this is great. Has a sort of Japanese quality about it. A creative and expressive use of the medium. I think the softness of the tree detail fits nicely and adds to painting like effect.

I like target shooting also. I was doing slow fire air pistol shooting as a hobby for a number of years, but not in formal competition. I think a lot of the same concentration and small motor control is real beneficial to camera shooting. They both develop a sort of inner calm that I think transfers well to other aspects of life. Keep up the good work!

I love the tone and soft lighting of this. The poles for me do not detract at all, but really help break up the picture plain and add some emphasis to the DOF you used. And I like them because it reminds me this is not a greeting card fantasy, but a real moment.
