A beautiful result Rob. I love the slight blur and the girl's expression and her hair tell us that the wind was strong that day. The tones are wonderful and I just love the shot, well done. Best wishes to you.

You have caught your subject beautifully Rob, she has such a wonderful peaceful expression on her face despite the difficulties in her life. The tones are perfect, the detailing is spot on and I love too the textures on the right hand side. Well done my friend. Best wishes.

Well, unfortunately my daughter is still in the phase that she doesn't allow me to take any photos of her :/

You made a wonderful portrait of your son, the lightning is fantastic and his neutral expression goes well the dark background.

Thank you, Ray. The photo was taken in 2010 and I remember the day well. The rain was hit and miss that day. I could be raining heavy on one end of the crater but not the other. I don't remember what the diameter of the Ngorogoro crater but it is not that large.
Thanks again my friend!

I think it's a bit overexposed , probably due to overlay in the postproduction, sorry :)

An excellent capture Rob in wonderful tones and your 'about' is great. I never knew that there were differences in the zebra species so your information is most welcome. I particularly love the placement of the zebra furthest from you and the effect of the rain falling creating a sort of misty view of it. Well done my friend, love it. Best wishes.

Ha ha, love it. The same sort of things go on in my household but I get very wary when 'the look' is given and it is really really serious.....oops. Take care Rob, best wishes always.

Ray, I might have been naughty. It is a photo of my wife. I remember her asking "what should I do?" I said, "Honey, give me the look"… This is what I got :) Thank you my friend.
