Wow, caught already!
Sharp eye Aurore. Betsy mentioned a photoshop 'holgarizing' plugin in the forums ("plastic cameras cliched?"), so I thought I'd check it out. I posted this in colour originally (http://www.usefilm.com/showphoto.php?id=107483), & wondered if it would get a different response like this.

Hey Aurore, its FOOTBALL! (what can I say, I'm English - we love to be awkward)
Nice sense of movement & nostalgic feel from the toy camera - is that the washing line in #3? Reminds me of playing football in the back garden with mum yelling to be careful of the washing?

Agh! I hate zoos! What a sad face

The bars on the right are really sharp, but you've lost a bit of focus I think through the main part of the pic.

Ive got a monkey/bar pic here like this one.

strange, an abstract painting. I dont find this disturbing at all. In fact, its beautiful & I'd love to have it on my wall.

....A crowd of flowers waits to cross the busy road... I thought you didnt have an artistic bone in your body!? This is very cool & unusual, though the daffy should really be sharp.

Oh. this is my favourite of your uploads so far. Those wobbly steps are so cool & great light.
My eye keeps getting dragged to the circular thing in the middle though. I think it needs to be there to balance the composition, but if you aren't "anti-photoshop", maybe you could reduce the contrast on that spot, as it seems so sharp compared to the rest?

Darrin, Ha! - I was waiting for that very comment! It is a bit annoying - I was happy with the photos, but the front of the stage was full of fans, & microphones, & plants(!) & people walking about - nothing very sacred about these performances. It was pretty much impossible to get a full length shot of the performers, but of course I still wish I had. Maybe next year (try 4!) I'll just shell out for a front row ticket.
Thanks all for the comments.

Good to see you back, (I forgot to add you to my friends so missed the last post).
I cant decide which I prefer (colour/BW). I like the very natural looking colours here, but the totally black underside of the rock detracts a bit. Did you take this with flash at all?

This is really pretty, and great mood. I'm wishing I could see how his upper shoe connects to the rest though.

what a cool sculpture. Philip, I think the bumps are air bubbles caught inside the costume as she hit the water.

For something so revolting it seems a good pic - unfortunately I'm squeamish about spiders, so I cant look at it properly!

Hi Sarah, thanks for the suggestion.
I did play around with the contrast on this. Any more, and it starts losing detail around the flaking edges,
