I know that Amitava Banerjea Does like this with a fast speed but I think this would have looked better slowed to about 1 sec just my opinion though. there is a time and place for a fast shutter speed. Still good though

Im a bit of a waterfall nut and I really like this one as the water has a nice blue tint to it and falls into a nice pool at the bottom and wil the slow shutter speed it adds a nice white spot where the water enters the pool.

Bryce I was going to try a longer shutter speed but I was afraid of ending up with just a big white spot as this waterfall has a large discharge. Im going to post another picture later that was a smaller cascade just down from here that I tried with shutter speeds you can look at one and they all show the other.

Actually I was on dry land the water at the bottom of the picture is a differant river so the waterfalls if flowing into it. As far as a 15 second exposure I will try that this saturday if the rain come as forcast as this creek dryies up fast but responds well to rain storms.
