Thanks Ray for all your nice comments. Your portfolio is not too shabby as well.
Although, I feel my images are generally strong technically, I feel they are somewhat weak artistically and lacking in originality. Honestly I find this frustrating.

Very good emotional portrait.
I would adjust the levels so the detail in the man's face can be seen better. As well, I feel the increased contrast would increase the impact.
I have taken the liberty to adjust your image to show what I mean. Hope your don't mind.

Very good job of capturing the mood Srna. The black and white conversion is excellent. I feel kind of odd making a B&W comment. :) but it is excellent. For me, I'm not sure the crop and rotation really works with this image.
