It took so long time to load on my slow connection ... slowly loading line by line, and when I reached the end of the windows, I thought this is a wonderful work... I loved the beautiful contrast between the great hue of blues, and the warm face, in a very beautiful (landscape) composition... now it is opening the rest of the photo... composition still very powerful.... I may like the first part only, or like them both. Don't know... but I love both ways.

Very beautiful work Melissa... excellent composition, tones, and textures
My tine nit since you are studying the textures and the shadows... the lighting on the pill is a bit harsh, you may try (even thought i know how hard it is but it is doable,) to have more control on the light and the shadow there, since it is the most important element in your composition.
