The bold colors of the steamer are beautiful against the calm sea-greens of the water and sky. The two gulls are a very nice bonus.

Very nice shot, your model looks like she's having fun. I like the way you have her leaning on the railing, and the way the light is hitting her hair. The dof is just enough to add to the feel of the local without being distractive.
