This photo makes me think to a old book that I read when I was a child: "The eye of the wolf"....it was the story of a wolf that a child read in his eye....and these eyes seems to have a lot of stories...

actually i only thought of it once- i can't beat him ;)
i think this vintage point is great as it proves much of the features of this animal, pride, courage, beauty, fearsome eyes, the 'king's attitude'...
the soft highlights and shadows brighten and darken his golden fur which has occupied most of the canvas.
i just have to say he reminds me of the Guevara's famous portrait. ;)
