Well done - I really like the asymmetry between the distant bath tub and the horse, and the heavy sky seems to bring a dark mood to the image.

Nice composition and lighting - the highlights and shadows seem especially unusual.

I really like the colors in the scene you've captured. Next time, I'd recommend bringing the red flowers (berries?) into focus. They are distracting out-of-focus, but I really like the presence of red they offer in the corner of the frame.

Wow! Well done... The angle of the horizon is almost dizzying.

Very nice... Looks like it could've been taken on a very cold, snowy day.

Nice still life, Antonio. The lighting and composition are well done. My only quibble would be the very slight softness of the paint roller's shaft near the foam roll. Perhaps a touch more depth would fix it?

Palermo... this image really sets the stage for an interesting story with the model, lighting, and pose. To me, the bench is a distraction because it seems somehow flimsy and cheap, incongruous with the rest of the image. I'd like to see this same pose and lighting, but with a prop that carries more weight, perhaps something in concrete or stone. Of course, I'm sure that's what was available at the time - I know how that goes!

Agus... very nice! You've done an excellent job with the lighting, model, and pose. The frame seems a little tight to me, though. Perhaps a step back? Just my two cents.

Very interesting... The leg almost appears to have been discarded by its owner, and it's just lying there like rubbish. Well done, Brian.

The whole structure looks tortured. If only walls could talk... Well done, Adam.

Diana... Just taking a moment to peruse your portfolio... Lots of good work to choose from, but this really stood out. Excellent depth; the colors of the background reinforce the subject as well.

Chuck... Just flipping through your portfolio. There's lots of good work here, but for me, this frame really stood out (probably due to the unique perspective). Definitely on my "favorites" list.

Well done, Jose. My only nitpick: The flesh toned wall behind the model's right side offers little contrast.

Hi Anthony - your photo really has a nice mood. Personally, I would like to see all the branches in sharp focus.

Well done, Ekkehard. It has an "infrared film" quality to it. Did you use an filters on this?

Thanks for the comments. I'm also pleased with the composition; the addition of some texture in the sky would be nice. Hopefully there will be some days this summer with some small fluffy clouds.

Thanks for the comments. Yes, AJ, I agree: there could be more balance between the highlight and shadow.

Nice shot - sharp, well composed, good color and exposure. Getting the rider's right arm in the frame would push this over the top!

Well done - the softness of the clouds offsets the rough texture of the stonework.

Richard wrote: " I had to do something with the gray overcast sky..." Does this mean those are PS clouds? They work, IMO.
