Hi there Bilja, just wanted to drop by and say Hi, I can see that you are still doing great. Me looking at this shot, I personally get a sorrow mood. I can't tell why, is it nostalgic, is it the colors or what, but I just get that sorrow feeling.
Have a great day my friend.
P.S. Meet me sometimes on msn.

Hi there Nick I decided to come back from the dead and see what is going on here. I see that you still got your gift of seeing the world in a different perspective, rather than the classic and the "conventional" if I can call it that. Just a crazy thought here...... what if one day we wake up, and our bed is no more on the floor, but upside down, than we walk outside and teh whole words is upside down......maybe I have gone too far here :) This is what I see here on this shot and I admire you for your keen eye.
So just wanted to let you know that I am doing great, and I wish you a Marry Christmas and a Happy New year.
If you want to find me, you can do so on this link. http://www.eyefetch.com/profile.aspx?user=Burim_Luta

An amazing shot with amazing tones, compo, light and details. Everyhting inside the frame is just perfectly arranged and the guy walking on the background, along with the white line that divides the horizon are just amazing. The last but not the least is the fog which adds a great mystic atmosphere to the shot. Truly a masterpiece

Another great shot from you Srna with great colors, compo, light and details
Just wanted to let you know that I will stop posting on Use Film. I am kind fo tired and bored of this site where more than 100 people view your shot, and no one cares to comment anymore.
We are all photographers and we all know what does feedback mean to us.
I am sorry that I will not be commenting on your shots anymore, but trust me that this is not easy even for me, so please try to understand

Another great portrait from you Mimoza with great taste, compo, light, tones and details
I liked also the previous version of this shot, but I like this one better, where here the details are much more alive and just stretching out, leaving us to wonder what hides behind those eyes that are simply piercing through the soul of any viewer (at least the men viewers)
Hope that you don't mind if I add this shot to my favorites!
Best regards Burim

I have just surfed through your entire portfolio and I found out that you take photographs for metal bands, and that is something that I really highly appreciate with other words "six thousand pounds of metal respect" for you.
I have listened to metal all my life and I have listened to all the bands that you have taken pictures of: Moonspel, Anthrax, Six Feet Under, Disbelief, Testament, Primordial Divine Empire.....
One more time I just wanted to show my appreciation to the work that you do and hope to see more shots from you soon.
Best regards Burim

Sabina looks great on this shot (as always) and also the entire band. Love the background and the dramatic sky, adds so much atmosphere to the shot.

Great shot Dafina with great concept, compo and details. The only thing that I don't like very much are the red tones which to my opinion are a bit too much.
Here is a version of how I would do it, and I hope that you don't mind, after all it is only a friendly suggestion.
(The tones are different, the lips are more red and the eyes are more green)

Another great shot from you Nick with great concept, compo, light and details
I really like your focus on this one where objects closer or further from the main focus point go blurry, leaving us to understand that everything beyond the artists interest point is irelevant, this is like when you describe to someone where a shop or a store is and you tell him the exact location, it is not the shop before or the shop after, it is exactly the one that the person described to you. Another thing I like in here are the trees that create a pattern sort of like the brain patterns which one has no exact shape or form, but rather caotic and irregular but at the same time planned to the smallest details, exactly the same thing in here with the branches that leaves us to understand how complicated but yet how beautyful nature can be.
Cheers Nick and make sure you stop by my portfolio and check my two last photos, I would like to hear your opinion on them.

Great shot Nick with great atmosphere, perspective, light and details. I really love these "in motion" shots, if I can call it that, where the photographer shows the dynamic of todays life where everyone is on the hurry and no one pays attention to anyone else, even a photographer who is taking a shot of him or her.
A couple of years before it used to be a big thing to go out on the street and take a shot of a person or a group of persons, just walking down the street, today I can stay all day long in the street and no one pays attention to me anymore, even though I am sticking a camera lens on their face.
Another thing I like are the square tiles, both on ceiling and ground, combined by the pillars and the light bulbes which go across the big white clock on the end, giving the spectator a feel of infinity.
And the last but not the least details is the reflection of people on the ceiling tiles which adds even more atmosphere to the shot.

Another great shot from you Nick with great compo, perspective, atmosphere and details.
I love how all the railway tracks and wires divide the shot in dozens of pieces and how the shot gets darker on the right side. You have picked a perfect day for this shot, with grey skies and almost no sun at all, after all that is how I like the street and the industrial shots, because if there is sun and clear blue skies, it does not have that striking effect of the old and rusty.

Three fold symetry indeed Nick
Greatly balanced shot with great compo, colors and details.
What I also like very much on this shot is the shadow of the petals on the leaf, which gives a great atmosphere to the shot and also the great, dark and blurry background.
