Lovely image Levi, very good colors and reflections.
Get a circular polarizer to bring the colors, try +ev compensation to open the shadows,-ev to control the clouds.
Take care
Robbie

well.. hello Levi..
a nice idea, nice snapshot realized, the panorama idea cut is nice, also if i thing that the light exposure is not perfect!
that it seems when the white balance is not calibrated!
maybe i have seen with a little overexposure in the shot, the result is that the white is white..
The problem is to know if actually “the frame-subject” it beige or is white..
All the best ;)

Dave,

I must say thanks to you. For noticing the seperation and opposite facing penny. Thanks! You know at first I thought this was going to be a bad comment. Thank you again and you have put a smile on my face!

Just a photo of a bunch of coins laying on a table? Kind of what I thought when I looked at the thumbnail. Naw, somebody wouldn't do that and call it a photo, I thought. But I had to look.

And once I did, I realized it wasn't what I thought. The photo really turns out to have pretty deep meaning. All of the quarters were arranged close together, heads up and facing in one direction (I hadn't even looked at the title before then). And then the penny, facing not only the opposite direction but seemingly separated from the "crowd".

Wow, that is what makes this a photo have a lot of meaning, portraying that "isolation" of certain "different" people through the use of coins.

Excellent!

Best wishes,
Dave

Thank you Penduko,

It hurts me to see it sometimes. I remember what was circularing my head that night. It is kinda funny how the picture came about. I am satying in a Hotel, and couldn't fiqure out why there was a red light in the bathroom. I now know!

Both of those look fantastic. I haven't learned the purpose of Dodging and Burning. Someday I hope to. As for the removal and crop I can do both, but I am on my Laptop for about another two weeks till I get back home. This laptop is about as fast as an infants crawl. Making simple tasks of my desktop a wish. I can't wait to start Post Production of my photos!

I think a tighter crop would make the shot more interesting. I hope you don't mind but I experimented with your picture a bit. How do you like this crop?

You are welcome, Levi. Ususally, when I try to point out something in a photograph that I don't like, or would like to see differently, I explain what I am thinking.

Glad you follow !!

cheers !

Interesting work.. the selective coloring doesn't really work here, I am sorry, Levi (it works much better in case of smaller objects).. but the story is good !!!
