Mister Caldwell's portraits so bring out each sitter's personality that they always seem like celebrity photos. This one looks like it could go on a commemorative stamp for the gentleman.

X marks the spot? Very interesting compositional dynamics in a subject handled unusually. If this is a jump for joy, the somber lighting doesn't covney that. It's almost like he's jumped up in terror because a spotlight hit him--or is he jumping to attract attention because he's lost and someone's found him?

This is the sort of simply delightful and surprising photograph for which no criticism really seems necessary. Thanks for a bright morning laugh, Mister Caldwell.

What a great shot! Seems like a photograph of a ballet--perhaps one done to that George Harrison song, "My Sweet Lord?"

I don't know what it is with me today. This also strikes me as a great cover for an album.

looks like a great opportunity to me! This one is extra cool with the heavenly light from above. Haysuse himself was probably that lean since he didn't have computers, remote control TV and self powered vehicles (besides the four legged kind). I hope did a bunch.

Strange photo. I somehow expect the blank spaces to be filled with the text of a book cover or movie poster.

Oddly enough, if one doesn't know Mister Caldwell and that the photo must be intended satirically, this image would gladden the heart of any Xtian and could probably make Mister Caldwell a fortune on calendars and mugs.
