I don't know! It's so exuberant and cheerful! The repeated arch-curves help make the image seem to leap forward.

Ooooo, the painful and profound feelings aroused by this image are all the more powerful because of the ironic (one might nearly say, "sarcastic") contrast with the cheerful outdoor colors.
