Lovely flower with a lot of sharp and clear detail in the front petals. what I find distracting are the other petals especially the one on the top right that seem to blend in with the main flower. The other petals and leaves are blurred enough so they are not distracting but the top one is probably to close to be blurred.

Nice colours. I would have tried for a deeper DoF as the front and back petals are too soft and distracting.

I understand what you mean and thanks for your comments. What I have learnt in the last couple of years is to bracket especially when there is a sky involved. This image was taken with a simple pocket camera so I could do nothing even if I understood what I was trying to do
