This is really beautiful Ranae . The Blossom tree framing the canal so well . Lovely soft misty light . Doesn't Spring give some unexpected visions of beauty such as this . We had masses of Cherryblossom in pink and white but unfortunately we have had 3 days of high winds and torrential rain and now the petals lay around like confetti at a wedding .

Outstanding framing...
Excellent use of the depth of field.
Wonderful lighting, and delightful colours...
I love the detail of the rings in the water around the duck (well, I gather it's a duck! LOL)

What more beautiful image than a Lily for EASTER Sunday . This is a cracker Ranae, the definition on the petals and the yellow of the stamens is fantastic and the background works so well . The petals look so waxy too .Everyone is coming for a Roast Lamb dinner today so I had better get cracking !!
