Great image - yes, the skin tones are excellent!
Don't agree about the jumper, but her right eye (left side of the picture) could be a tad lighter - just enough to match the other eye.

For me this picture works wonderwell... You really captured her smile and her expression very good. Lighting looks very good to, same as framing. Her skin looks so soft you would almost want to touch it to feel if it really is that soft. The only thing that I can think of, and I'm being very picky here, is her sweater, it is a little too black, too dark for my taste.
