Stunning image: lovely model, awsome hues, and more that anything... cool how you made the empty space around the sides enlarge the atmosphere of concentration.
again, beautiful Job!

You no longer need to exercise! You have passed with high grades in contrast execution! The three tones, colors, items are in concert with on another and the story to be told is far beyond just contrasts!

right on!
excellent capture of motion..no blur marks whatsover..i make funny faces when i am caught in a jump. he seems quite relaxed and you have caught him well. nice crisp photo !
excellent

i believe photography and writing go hand in hand. to me it seems you can not truly appreciate what you photograph unless you can get into the mind of the subject. although thinking can be quite overwhelming how can one truly express anything without doing so.

in words as well as in photo. they should mesh well together like peanut butter and jelly. on rye ,,,i quit eating wheat it is bad for the joints.

i am thrilled to know we have so very much in common! gives me faith to keep on with my dreams. i thank you for that. the dawning of the age of aquarius,i hear it is time. but i am still looking. happiest of holidays to you

Re the slow shutter speed: it was impňsed by the lighting conditions inside the practice hall and the fact that the lens I have is not too fast (3.5/4.5). I tried this shot several times during the exercise, both with flash (at ISO 100) and without flash (at !SO 3200), and definitely the second was the best choice, even better with the grain.

Another great photo! Well framed and very appealing! The B&W helps to place emphasis where it should be! Wish you would post more of these. Were you able to capture any photos of the girls in flight? Why did you decide to use such a slow shutters speed on this shot? It looks fine, but this shot absolutely had to be extremely well timed to get the results you did... Fine work! Dan
