Sevgili Yalcin,
Fotografina baktim tam browserda geri butonuna basiyordum ki kendi kendime sessizce geri gitmektense, yapici bir elestiri yapmak daha onurlu bir davranis olacak sanirim dedim. Ve iste burdayim, umarim bana kizmazsin.
Cok güzel bir fotograf makinen var. Daha önce EOS ile fotograf cekme firsatim olmustu, oradan biliyorum. Bu bir cok kisinin isteyip de sahip olamadigi bir makine, ve bu makine ile yapabilecegin cok fazla sey var.
Simdi bu fotografa bakiyorum, bunu neden göndermeye karar verdigini anlamaya calisiyorum. Fotografcilik bölümünde akademisyen bir hocam (ben pek egitimli fotografci degilim, halen bir seyleri ogrenmeye calisiyorum) bana bir fotografin Teknik - Bicim ve Öz'den meydana geldigini (teknik: isik ayari, shutter speed ayari, alan derinligi ve perspektif ayari, bicim: kompozisyon, öz: anlatmak istenen konu, icerik olarak aciklanabilir saniyorum), basarili bir fotografin bu üc hususta da degerli olmasi, icerikli olmasi gerektigini söylemisti. Simdi sen kendi fotografini teknik olarak bicimsel olarak ve özsel acidan elestir samimiyetle.
Fotograf cekerken özenli olmak gerekiyor bence. Insan daha sonra bu fotografi neden cektigini aciklayabilmeli. Ve cekmeden önce de bunu düsünmüs olmali, her is gibi fotografcilik da emek isteyen bir ugras. Bütün bunlari sana yazmamin sebebi, senin portfolyone bakmis olmam ve sadece cekmis olmak icin cekmiyor oldugunu düsünmem. Umarim ne demek istedigimi anlamissindir, samimiyetimi yanlis anlamadigini umuyorum. Bunlar yerine ben de "mükemmel kompozisyon, süper mavi" yazabilirdim. Yeni calismalarini bekleyecegim.

Beautiful capture! I love watching the sunsets in SW Florida, and am so happy for this site which allows me to see them from other parts of the world.

The rays are superb as is the darkness of the cloud. I just wish the rays could have been pointing toward something, don't ask me what, I just get the feeling something small is missing. Please don't get me wrong, it's a good shot as it is.

Merhaba, cok güzel bir kompozisyon cikabilirmis burdan Müsadenizle bir kac yorum yapmak istiyorum..
Birincisi kadrajiniz egri olmus.. Makinenizi 2 derece sola yatirmaniz gerekli imis. Biraz daha assagidan cekebilirmissiniz. Ayrica uyguladiginiz bir efekt var sanirim, onun yerine imajin levellerni ile kontrasti biraz arttirsa idiniz cok daha güzel bir görüntü cikabilridi ortaya..
EOS 300 cok güzel bir makinedir, sahip oldugunuza göre belli ki bu ise heves sarmissiniz, güzel günelr dilerim..

I think this is a really nice macro shot, and I like your choice of cropping it into the center of a square frame; it accentuates the sharp points and the roundness of the plant. Only a couple minor things I might change if it were mine. At the top of the frame, some of the plant is just barely starting to fade off into the DOF, yet the spines are cut off by the frame. Also, I might increase the aperture one stop to give it a little more DOF.
