Thank you very much for your comments. Have taken it on board and think that you are correct. I will attempt to mend the slope of the sea and to cut out some of the sea and see what improvements can be made. Any further comments for of this picture of any others is much appreciated.

It's got the potential for a really good shot. Hope you don't mind me making a few suggestions. First, correct the slope of the sea. It's not sloping enough to use as a compositional technique so I think it would be better straightened out to give more realism. Second, it would work better if there was more foreground interest. In the absence of a boat etc it might work better by shooting from nearer the ground and including the whole of the rock at the bottom of the frame. Another idea might be to have much less water and so concentrate on the mountain and the sky.
