This is a strong image. The silhouetted figure leaves some imagining room. The rough aggregate concrete seems to be a metaphor for a hard existance.

Excellent work, I like the presentation on the white background to match the site and feel floating on the entire screen, and the water drop is a nice touch, nice specular highlights as well, good work,

Very interesting abstract shot. Nice colors! Perhaps you also should try to shoot it the other way around, in that wat the high concentration of circles will be on the front of the picture.
Keep up the good work, Arend.

The top is like a Bakelite surface of sorts. I guess the basket is from the forties... It has a pattern effect on the top and I used window light to bring out the pattern... I changed the tone a little in ps... glad you like it.

Very cool, is the top of the basket 3D or does it just look that way because of the lighting? Interesting subject.
BTW: Just read your bio, very neat. You have some of the same questions that I do. A couple of other questions that I ponder, Do people who are eating a bowl cereal while driving to work have Refrigerators in their cars? Why is it that 9 out of 10 SUV's have never been used for sport or taken off-road? Isn't too late to be putting make-up on, if you are driving to work?
Life is so puzzling.
