I did enjoy seeing this. The colors are vibrant and remind me of summer time. The DOF is also contributing to the overall composition so that one knows without doubt that this ladybug and the flower are the focus in this image.

Diana, your practice shots with your new camera are turning out beautifully. The red of the ladybug stands out very well among the blues and yellows of the flowers. The new macro lens is doing and excellent job in your hands.
