My own lighting tip would be to use as broad a light source as you can: turn your lights against the cyclorama, and use it as a massive bounce source. Yeah, any point lights you aim at the bike create unmanageable hot-spots.

Lovely pose & shot Jamie. The ear sticking out dosen't really bother the composition in my opinion, fact is showing more of the face & back is a good idea. Two things I would've done differently is straightening the back a little more upright so it dosen't appear to be hunchbacked & lifting the face above the knee slightly will compliment such a sensual pose. Overall beautiful shot & model
