Hello Morris , Very cute gril with a very nature look with for my is a main element in face ,,, the image is soft which I still like it , but may be the background is busy , I perfer to blur the background to focus the eyes on your main object . Regards ...... ~~ Hassan ~~

good! is not bad. but try to capture only one tree, is the main object. there is a rest of other tree, up to the left, that is bothering the image.
In the other hand, the light is good.
cheers

Gorgeous, with such delicate tones. My only concern is the absence of any colour in the sky. Presumably it was there 'in nature', since it's reflected in the water?

Lovely, evocative image. At first glance, hardly anything to see, but as one looks longer the details begin to emerge. (Kind of like Life. (-: ) Minor suggestion: Crop away a bit from the top.

To Antonio Trincone, I think that your monitor could be set up incorrectely.

light and softness are not good for this shot, I would prefer a better lighting

Perfect family shot, very natural.
May a tighter crop, loosing the right side of the picture, with the white sidewalk, would make it better.
And the focus seem to be a little "of" the main subject.
Just my opinion

Hi John, you are probably right. The monitor might have something to do with it as well. Thanks for taking the time to discuss the comments.

To Luca Varani, the piper is deliberately "lost in the frame" as you put it, to emphasise his solitude.

To luca Varani as we can only scan in Jpeg and in low resolution the pictures put on this site can never be that true. If you saw the original I think you would agree with me that the exposure is correct.

It looks a little soft to me, but the main problem is the overexposed sky, which really spoils an otherwise beutiful picture. I like the composition a lot, for instance, expecially the line between the puddle, the gap in the grass and the distant part of the lake.
Bye,Luca

The image you've put up here seems a bit faded, but the colors and composition of this shot are actually quite nice!.. Below is what I get if I do a "auto levels" adjustment to it in Photoshop. Looks good!

Hi John...I love the flower but I think it would benefit from a little tweaking in Photoshop as per the attachment. The original lacks any punch as the colours are too weak and the background too light imho. Hope you do not mind my interpretation...regards, Brian

Nice subject ! I think, however, that the piper is a little lost in the frame, maybe it would have been better if it was more zoomed in. The picture also looks a little overexposed and washed out. I think you rendered the climb of the piper very well.

Hi John,
Firsly welcome to usefilm. This is really excellent composition but the horizon is tilted. It could be better with treepod. Probably yuo can do it any photo editor like this.
