This is our first meeting on the pages of UF, Ms. Orchard and I took the opportunity to look through your whole portfolio. From those photos that I opened I understood that you were Australian, but I had a hard time to elect the one photo to comment on. There is such versatility in your photos and all are so beautiful! You are, of course, invited to read my bio and pay further visits to my portfolio. I finally settled on this one because of the originality of its caption. Cars and elephants go to special places to die, and just as in your comment on my "White on white", for which I thank you, there is elegance and simplicity in this caption. I hope you won't hold it against me that I comment on the caption as much as on the photo as such, but it was the caption that first caught my eye and only later did I see that it was also a very good photo with a message that organic and non-organic beings all have to end.

Lovely Eucalyptus and backdrop! It does appeal to me, especially with my being an Australian! Good attempt at 'framing' though I'd prefer something a bit 'flatter' or push the photo behind the 'mount card', and perhaps a 'mount card' in a colour matching the bark colour at the base of the tree? I usually find that helps link the picture itself to the frame without too much distraction. Cheers, Alice.
