Thank you Marcin, Mário and Ulf !
Find it often useful to ask the model show an angry, intesiv attitude. It makes the expression sometimes more honest and real. Like something important is taking place here.

This is a first class B/W photo; tones, composition, dof - everything works in building up your image.
But perhaps it is the intensity and strive to communicate that I like the most. It is in his eyes, and to me very touching way he shows his instrument. A wonderful photograph.

Time for a ride, ping along. I overwhelmed to see the great tonal range, Per-Arne! The dof is just right too, but what captures my interrest is the atmosphere and the determination of that man! Förbenat bra!

It has this surreal, dreamlike feel to it. I like how the water and light sort of radiates around them. Excellent! Thanks for sharing it. )

Per-Arne, yes, many Scandinavians live here in Minnesota. In fact when I was in photography school many years ago one of my instructors was Scandinavian!

Thank you all again, happy for all positive reactions...!
If you come to Sweden, I recomend a walk among the moutains near Kebnekaise.
Take the flight to Kiruna. Go by buss from there to Abisko. Walk against the sun to the south. Kebne will meet you there..

You tell the story about this landscape in a wonderful way. I enjoy the monochrom feeling and the depth of your image.
And I am quite fond of your fat framing too. Gives me an illusion of sitting in a cinema looking at a movie. The adventure is about to begin.
A very fine photo Per-Arne.
