I like the overall balance of the shot. The colors seems almost blurred especially in the foreground which I like. To retain the image on the page I would consider a border of some kind for the top of the picture.

Nice street capture Sunrise, I like the contrast between the old person that we feel he has some difficulties to move forward, and the child lokking at him..
In MHO, as the colors don't bring anythings to the image, I would tranform it in B&W..
Anyway, this is a good capture
