Very nice shot. I like the minimalism though I think the pier is a bit distracting, still I can see how due to the angle it would be hard to crop it out. Nice job.

Another good example of how to make the most of DOF. Only thing I can really suggest would be cropping a little higher up so that there is a bit more space between the top of the closed bloom and the top border as it seems currently pressed up againt the top of the shot. Pretty minor thing really.
