Awesome photo! The color is amazing.
In regards to your question, I used the StarMax 90 EQ Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope. It is my first telescope, and I was just experimenting by holding my camera up to the eyepiece. I didn't think it would actually work! I'd like to get a little more serious with it, though, and increase magnification, use some lunar and solar filters, etc. I'd also like to mount a 35mm on the scope and take some shots. Any suggestions would be welcome!
