Love the story behind this. Indeed it is Dad's special day, she even gave him hair and toes! Look on the bright side Mom, at least you're smiling Does the purple drawing of herself and the purple on Dad's chest mean that she is in Daddy's heart? Hmmm, I love a kid's world.

Wow, your studio lighting here is just the best! May I ask what you're using? Love the eyes and that was a pretty bold move to use white paper. It looks GREAT!! Love her head tilt.

Wow!! The color in this is amazing! What a great childhood shot. Everything from the back lighting, the apple color cheeks and the toothless smile. Great job!!!!

Susie, thanks for your comment. Not my typical b/w, I increased the contrast to blow out the sky and give it more of a graphic feel. Not sure it would print so well though. Hope this helps.

I like the sepia image better. It almost has an infrared quality to it. IMO it makes the image more dramtic and interesting than the color version. One thing, and it is purely personal opinion - I like a thinner frame so as not to take away from the image. Very nice shot!

Nice focus and certainly a dramatic look for the beautiful roses. I have elements as well so any help with the framing is appreciated. I also like your collages too!

Great shot!! This one is all about the symmetry and of course that gorgeous reflective light. The only suggestion/question it looks like you were standing just shy of dead center when you composed the shot? Maybe you had to - but that's the only minor adjustment I would make. Nice car!
