Great shot, with the motion you have created what seems like see through feathers. Very nicely done. Alison

Molto bello questo scatto, preso nel momento che il pappagallo sbatteva le ali, complimenti!

Great perspective and your "about" confirms that if you look hard enough, there's always something to shoot.
Good light on this even though you seemingly had two highly varying brightnesses.
Best to you, Dave

Wow, yes, I guess it was quite a thrill. I think most of us only wish to see a real eagle... I'm still hoping to. Best I could do recently was a Turkey Vulture... How frustrating to find that out when I though I was shooting a hawk.
Best wishes, Dave

Very nice work, great contrast with the sky and siholuette of the sign. Love this kind of work, it shows the workmanship as well as provides a time stamp for later. I was born in MD but never had the chance to visit Ocean City.

I can understand why it was a thrill, such a lovely looking eagle. I've never seen one live. Colours are nice. Too bad he wasn't a bit closer, I guess too with the 2X, you loose a bit of IQ, but all it all congrats on getting him. Best regards.

Hi Armando, I am not at all bothered either comment. I was trying to capture more of a romantic feel with the lower light setting. I can see how the cake stands out more in your version. Thanks to all for comments and suggestions.

There definitely is a lot going on in this photograph, and it's very lovely to look at, but something about it just falls flat. Maybe the light? The cake doesn't look white or bright enough if that makes any sense. Love the inclusion of the mirror.

A photograph that stands out among the thumbnails Debby. Very interesting use of grain here. The colours are beautiful, although a bit over saturated - I would prefer more natural colours (but that is my personal preference. Anyhow, a very creative and appealing image with a strong composition. Regards. Joggie

I really like this image, I see so many images taht give no sense of place, like a slide show that I went to today, I was so disappointed in some of the images, but not here, I like this. Great work. A 7++
