The lighting here is great...I like this one so much better than the other. The pose, the look on her face, the way the water distorts and manipulates the parts of her body that are submerged, all combine to make this a great shot. Well done!

HI, in Photoshop i duplicated the background layer, then desaturated the new layer into black and white. Then i just grabbed the eraser tool and started deleting the areas that i wanted to show from the color layer... I also increased the saturation on the bottom layer since it was a little desaturated to begin with...
It only took 1 minute so the edges are not perfect... :-)
