This one works good for me, I would burn down the sky a little to give the clouds a bit more detain and print this big.

Hi Chris, good to see you posting again. I like the image but I this you slightly missed the mark here. I am finding the round stone and the footprint as the focal point and would would good together.

Keep up the good work and good to see you back.

Nice DOF and perspective here, Chris. The B/W is very poignant too.

Hi Chris, its good to see you posting again, I perfer the b&w version as it helpes to pull the detail out of the rocks which in my mind are the focus of the shot.

Thanks Chris. I know it's been a long time. I see that your son is growing, that's just wonderful. Expect some new work soon, I am heading to the Napa Valley in the late Spring so I should have some amazing captures to share. Happy New Year!

I love benches, and this is a very unusual format...I love it! The focus and the dof work together to create a very cool image! Well done, Chris!

Stunning

I like how you didn't go to take a generic sunset shot, but went to the bay and turned around to see the amazing light on the reeds

It is actually very curly. I left it hanging to dry for my than a week and it still curls. It must be from the thin emulsion. I can't complain either, the price is too good. If I can find a film that suits me, I can develop in rodinal, and is that cheap, I am in heaven. Especially for a college kid who spends all this money on film. A side question, any progress on Efke 25?

Good to see an example of this stuff, I was going to get some but I was a bit hesitant. From what I understand this stuff is made by Forma. I have heard that it is hard to keep from curling. Have you had this problem? I think I will order some to try, you can?t beat the price.

What an incredible look at something that most people just pass by... Black and white was an excellent choice on this photo! Beautiful capture! Although? your photo has intrigued me... I am now curious to know what it looks like in color

Very good composition !! I like the symmetries you found here .. White/black contrast might even have been more pronounced (now the white is grayish) .. Peter

I scanned this from a 6x6 neg on an Epson 4180 that I bought yesterday. It was toned in PS.

Simply stunning for composition and toning (probably only a little bit too coloured).

Did you scan the film or the print? Which scanner do you have?

Thanks a lot for your feedback, I always appreciate who add the Tech specs on the pictures (I do it as well! UF is usefull also for this ;-) )

Bye

Nice PJ. I like the subject's eye contact.

I hear you when you talk about having an outlet in usefilm. I think of the internet sites as largely replacing the old camera clubs, which are dying off faster than I can keep track.
