Hi Charles,
That tree is awesome! I like your inclusion of the kids for scale. Very stark and bold, great shot!

Neat tree, stunning sky, very pretty. I like the people on the bottom, too. It really emphasizes that this is a REALLY big tree, and adds a nice human element to the whole scene. I like it!

Well it worked well in this shot. The right side of the tree is a little hot and maybe the larger cloud, but other than that looks great. I really like the gradiant look of the sky.

Thanks! Nope I was without a filter but it was a really intense sun that day. I did crank the contrast a bit after the fact.

I forgot to say that I like how the photo is taken from the pig's perspective (at their level)... perhaps that is why I felt their plight so well and expressed that in my previous comments. And I did want to say that they look to have a better life than many of the modern countries offer them which is tiny crates without even so much as room to turn around. A very effective photograph... congratulations!

really, really good. :)
... the golden ratio ii seen defined by the pattern of human feet and then repeated in the pigs...ending (or beginning) with the pig speaking to the mysterious dark place in the foreground.

Interesting and good documentary image. I do feel sad for the poor pigs... they really are so cute and I'm amazed that they cooperate and don't need a restraint to walk through the market. Did you know they have greater intellegence then a dog? Anyway, I like the photo... the one piggy seems to be looking right at you. ;-)
