Hi Michael,
First of all I used a tripod ;)
Secondly I set focus manually and used a self-timer (10 seconds). Took 5 or 6 photos always turning back and looking into the mirror to see the lens in the middle. That's all. Lighting was only one halogen lamp.
By the way, this was my last self-portrait... I will never do this again... with a Nikon D70 ;)

ja pierdyk...
Shallow DOF but both are in focus. Amazing quality, not to mention colors. A good photographer + mmacro lens give such submissions :)

no to ladne zakatki odwiedzaliscie z rodzinka
nalezalo sie po szaro-burych miesiacach no i na urodziny :)
Woda niesamowita, ale to raczej zasluga natury :)
Tak czy siak, pewnie nie latwo bylo oprzec sie temu i od czasu do czasu podniesc glowe z piasku, nie wspominajac o podniesieniu kamery to oka ;)
