TORBEN, It's a great shot but I don't know why you couldn't catch the lower portion of the shot, it's too dark comparing with the upper one. However, the shot still stunning.

Ahmet, the capture is excellent, but here is my comments:

1- The left portion is out of focus, blurred and lacks sharpness.

2- Look at the green background carefully, you'll notice some dots and noise. I think you should either clean your optics or maybe your camera sensor. However, wish you all the best in your future projects and have a nice shots.

Best regards,

Khalid

Dear Saeed, honestly speaking the Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 is my favourite lens for tele, and comparing it with the Canon one of my friend I found that both are the same and maybe 99% identical. Here, i didn't apply and sharpness at all to the original RWA file, i left and post as it is. If you wish i can give it to you for a test-drive.

Best regards,

Khalid

Dear Antonio, thank you for your comment. Yes, it's due to the compression, plus a applied guassian blur/overlay to the main image.

WOOOW Adolfo, what a superb capture, the only comment i have is the PS work on the right portion, it seems you were trying to clone some cloudes, however, the entire shot is outstanding.

Rob, what an outstanding capture of your lovely cute daughter. I really want to congratulate you because of the professional use of scanner, it looks like it was digitally taken shot.

Wish you all the best in your future projects.

7/7 what a wonderful capture, my dream is to go there "Tibet", just to capture such faces. Congratulations Kasia. One more advice, you are using a lousy lens with a perfect camera. I sold this lens and i bought the 50mm 2.8 instaed.

Khalid

Lee, take my advice since i'm a 20D guru, first of all your settings are incorrect. For such a shot you should use the following settings:

F-stop= 11
Shutter=60
ISO= 400

And in top of that always shoot using RAW format so you can have more control over your shots.

However, wish you all the best in your future projects.
