Thanks for you kind comments, in answer to your question the main difference are ...
- 10D Mirror lock-up (Although there is a firmware update, which allows this on 300D)
- 10D has metal body, plastic on 300D
- Customisable metering modes in all creative modes on 10D
- More FPS in continous shooting mode
- Customisble functions, allowing you to customise, which buttons do what
- Flash exposure compensation (not sure if the 300D also has this)
- Ability to specify accompaning JPEG size when shooting in RAW mode eg. RAW + JPEG Large or RAW + JPEG small.
Sure there's some others but can't think at the moment, 300D is an excellent price at the moment, however.
