Wow Lex. Awesome capture which pulls in the silence. Silence then . . . was a crime. Silence now . . . is a sign of respect. WELL DONE!! Finally some peace for them . . . and some reverence . . . I'm VERY impressed and will be nominating this shot for an award. 7/7

A very remarkable shot both due to the reflection, but also because of the awful history. It really moves me seing the portraits of all those poor people that were killed brutally. When ever will mankind learn to move away from violence and brutality?? Thanks for sharing. Best wishes Annemette

I like it, Lex. The only thing I would suggest is to rotate it about ½ to 1° counter clockwise to "straighten out" (ie make vertical) the minarets and then crop off that light pole on the right hand side. Great lighting on the mosque. Cheers, Gary

Lovely subject and lighting - it looks very pretty taken as a long exposure at night. I think it is possibly a little over-exposed which highlights noise in the image - but that could easily be fixed with software. If you were to take the same shot again, I think it would benefit from a shorter exposure, and moving the camera position so that it is in front of that road sign (so that you can't see it!). A very pleasing image.
