Rita: congratulations, excellent pic of a female kestrel. Very good details. Here the kestrels are smaller and of different color (Falco sparverius) "American kestrel" and that of the picture is a (Falco tinnunculus) European kestrel. I will take a picture of a sparverius and i willl send so you can see the difference.

Yes Armando, It is a type of Ibis, a green backed something or other that I cannot remember, I did write it down but I have misplaced my notes! Thank you for your kind comment.

Thank you Armando, glad you like it! No he is not my son! We went to London yesterday, this was in a park opposite the River along The Embankment, he was an Irishman just playing to amuse himself! It was a beautiful day and the park was full of Londoners and tourists.........regards Rita

Armando , It is a Fungi, "Macrolepiota rhacodes var.Hortensis." Now there's a mouthful! Rhacodes means ragged, as you can see. Here in UK it is known as Shaggy Parasol Mushroom. And guess what? it used to grow at the bottom of my garden under a Fir tree, but the last couple of years there has been no trace. When young they look like drum sticks. I'll post the picture of the young, when I find it among my transparencies..........warm regards Rita

Excellent..!! nice shot, specially those details and colours of the "visitor", also the contrast with the green give it a nice composition.
