What beauty image, you make me want to see Scotland in person someday, what magical images you capture there.

Probably not a long wait... got a dusting for Thanksgiving. I like the lone bench shot myself, looks like an oak forest there soon to be blanketed with white, happy Tundra.

Just north of Greys Bay, plenty of well heeled turkeys in that area.... I live off 101 and Co Rd 6 in Plymouth, almost neighbors.

I thought for sure you have two big juicy butterball breasts for your Thanksgiving shot, but a goose with an arrow in its arse wouldn't have been even a close guess. Did you take the shot of thw wild turkeys at Hyland Hills?, I think I've seen some there and saw some earlier at Carver park but it was too dark to get a good shot. Have a Happy Thanskgiving.

Great Black and white shot, the blurred blades are a nice effect, and the contrast of light and dark. Good work.

Alas I saved some of my work on CDs but got cumbersome, (Santa, I need DVD burner), going to invest in on-line backup service as well, hope both our "drives" get better.
I will try to find where this Gene comes in (could have used a stuffed Unicorn as a bone to ol' Larry), isn't there someone in Australia doing something like thiswith a similar creature. This must be Travelosity Gnome syndrome. No LD version of Kiss Me yet, got to get some free time to put that one together, I will keep blowing kisses at the original xoxoxo

Roberta:
This shot is OK, but looking at others in portfolio this is one of your weaker efforts, you seem more comfortable as a studio photographer and have a gift for graphic images; the leaves with white background, the sunflower series are great. Comments on this shot, too busy, lower satruation on the leaves, and maybe darken the leaves and lighten the background to almost a white,...you got talent and hope this is constructive critique, and I envy your studio abilities. Keep shooting.

Is that a pair of shoes hanging off the top of the capital statue... I swear it must be... and who is that guy in the foreground, John "Teddy" Smith of the Pilgrims...
Make a deal with you Shirley, I will pray your car heals itself and you pray that my external hard drive that crashed this week with all my digital and lots of my scan slides images can be recovered, or I will be a sad little Pilgrim... :(

I feel you go a little too dreamlike with the washing out of elements, I tend to like crisp darks and higher contrast, just my perference, but the imagery and effect is awesome, you do some masterful photoart.

Appreciate the feedback, I got the parts of the photo in focus that I wanted, foreground works for me be blurred out, to me makes a more dramatic break with the background.

Lots of great shots on the fall forest floor, nice composition, too bad the maple leaf didn't have some color, but the leaf in the upper left adds a nice splash to the browns.
