marc, i find this a very interesting work. portraits in museums are mostly overlooked for the "famous" things and they are also so tempting to me, see 'listen' in my portfolio. well, it's not perfectly sharp, that could be help next time by using a faster film or iso setting. thank you very much for your kind comment on 'inevitable springtime' regards charlie.f.kohn@sixpence-pictures.com // madrid

You have captured the impending storm very nicely. Great timing.

Thanks for the comments. The kittens face is indeed out of focus, but her whiskers are in focus. I have plenty of shots of her face in focus, but this one seemed to capture something that those did not. Or maybe this is just a unremarkable out-of-focus shot.

This shot looks out of focus..as for the composition..it's adorable!! Maybe you can try to catch a similiar shot again?

This takes me back to a location from the Star Wars Trilogy (the good episodes, 4, 5 & 6). Almost feels that there should be three suns at sunset in the sky. Love the darkness. Adds a great kind of mystery to it. There's great subtle richness in the clouds that you really have to find. Very nice. More, Marc, MORE! Hee-ya!

i was just thinking about your photo and that, in the future, you shouldn't say your photograph is, "nothing special" if you put it up there it is special! be confident in your work and thanks for sharing again!

i mean this in the most sensitive way, it's obviously not a particularly striking photograph, but after a few moments i realized that i liked it. i like it because it doesn't scream out at you, it's a humble photograph. i gradually felt myself getting into it, into it's simplicity and it's story of spontaneity. it's true to life, and the days when the patterns of the clouds in the sky must be studied for beauty and the landscape appears long and drab. thank you for sharing and keep taking pictures while driving in cars! i'm curious to see where your work will go!
