I absolutely love the starkness of this photograph. Total focus on the bird. Really excellent!

I have to leave a comment. The title is terribly clever and the composition shows an extremely good eye. Too cool!

I really, really like this photo! With the haziness in the background and the drama of the black and white print, it looks more like a dream landscape than reality. Excellent work, really excellent. Thank you for sharing.

Oh! I like the bold blueness of it! It looks like a champagne glass with a lady reclining on top of it.

What is there not to like about this picture? The sentinels of black onyx stand firm against jewel tones of emeralds, sapphires and tiger's eyes, while guarding their ruby king - or perhaps, prisoner!

It reminds me of a cloisonne piece created by a master. The colors are so perfect in their various shades contrasting and complimenting each other. Exceptional photography.

Utterly fascinating! It brings to mind the Mona Lisa.

Where the water goes, life follows. Is that not so? What is the eye drawn to, there so cleverly placed to the left of the center? A palace? A bazaar? I ask, but I don't really want to know. It's much better left to the imagination!

This is one of those photos where a person feels as if they could step into it. I can feel the sun on my head and shoulders, yet there is a chill in the air from the wistful breeze as it stirs the the fallen leaves. I would have liked to have seen this photo as it was without the sharpness added too.

This photo makes me think of an extreme magnification of a piece of rye bread with olive oil. Fanciful I know, but there you are...

I'm sorry you suffered the midges. But oh! how I envy you for being able to stand there in person and see such a wonderous sight! You have a true gift for photography.

It almost looks like a stylized heart in the sand. It would be a cute honeymoon picture for a couple if one of the footprints was his and one was her print.

The photo reminds me of the scene in "The Wizard of Oz" where Dorothy meets the Scarecrow because of the corner with the fence, and the black and white going to color. It's a very interesting scene. I like it very much.

The whole reason I look at photographs on usefilm is to see the wonders of our world that I probably will never be able to see in person. I thank you very much for sharing this photograph. It is an amazing sight.

The city is absolutely beautiful. It looks "other-worldly". I would have blacked out the number 3 as it is a distraction, for me anyway.

What do I see in the foreground? An awkward posed swollen foot and ankle. Not attractive. This photo might have been interesting if the subject were an actual redhead, to lay her on the floor with her posterior tight against the couch and her legs up and possibly crossed. The picture shot from behind the head almost on floor level so that the redhair would be in the foreground all spread out and glorious with the viewer's eye then traveling up to the legs. Wallah! Redhead Red Couch.

Such rich and royal colors! It took a very artistic eye to suspend the castle between the water, sky and two trees. Well done.
